“These are difficult and demanding times, but we must not
stop. We need to create the conditions and trust for investments to materialise.
When this crisis passes, as when the most critical situation of Covid-19
passed, we must be able to catch the wave of recovery”, said António Costa.
“Between 2019 and 2022 we lived through the two most
challenging and atypical years of our lives. The easiest thing to do was to
stop and there were many times when we had to stop to protect each other's
health. Times are demanding, but we have to keep moving forward”, said the
minister.

So what about the 2 years where most everything stopped during the pandemic..?
Antonio didn’t do much then and he undoubtedly won’t do anything now… Too little too late Sr. Costa; mouth service is not a viable strategy.
