Speaking to journalists, Jéssica Froes, leader of the National Union of Civil Aviation Flight Personnel (SNPVAC), said that 96 connections were cancelled nationwide.
The company had already cancelled 346 flights prior to the strike.
“Today there was a cancelled flight to Luxembourg in Porto and there are more nationwide. Sixty-six were not cancelled, but passengers may be surprised”, said Jéssica Froes.
The destinations most affected by the stoppage are Madeira, London Paris, Geneva and Luxembourg.
