The operation of the Food Safety Authority (ASAE) took place in recent weeks, at a national level, on beaches on the coast and in the interior of the country, to ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards.

One of the main infractions was the lack of prior communication of the activity and the absence of a complaints book.
