Since June, SC Investments, which came from the restructuring of Sonae Capital's portfolio, has been in negotiations with the Arrow Global fund for the sale of real estate and tourist assets in Tróia.

According to Jornal Económico, these include the Tróia Marina concession (with space for 180 vessels); Tróia Golf; the concession of ferries from Setúbal; and also the management of the hotels Aqualuz Tróia Mar and The Editory By The Sea, as well as land that is divided into UNOP – Operational Planning and Management Units, defined in the Detailed Plan of Tróia.

Despite having sold the Aqualuz and The Editory By The Sea hotels, from Troia Resort to a Novobanco pension fund in 2022, SC Investments maintained the management of these assets as part of a sale & lease back operation, a place that Arrow now intends to take over. This project also includes the Troia Residence tourist apartments and the concession for river transport by ferry from Setúbal.

Regarding the acquisition of Marina de Tróia, it is an identical operation to the one concluded by Arrow in 2021, when, together with a group of national investors, it purchased Vilamoura World from Lone Star, becoming responsible for the management and concession of the marina. As for UNOP land, the continuation of a sale process that began in 2011 is at issue.
