The most recent mansion that Ronaldo and Georgina are building in Portugal is located in Quinta da Marinha, in Cascais, and had an initial budget of €12 million, a value that has, in the meantime, increased to around €21 million.

The house is located on a hectare of land and will cover about 3,000 square metres (m2).
