In these two districts, the warning then changes to orange, until 07:00 on Tuesday, due to waves from the northwest with a significant height of five to six meters, which can reach a maximum height of 10 to 12 meters.
Aveiro and Porto will be under yellow warning for maritime agitation from 00:00 to 03:00 on Monday, which then becomes orange until 07:00 on Tuesday, while in Coimbra and Leiria the yellow warning is valid between at 03:00 and 06:00 on Monday, then turning orange until 07:00 on Tuesday.

In the update now made, the IPMA issued yet another yellow warning, between 00:00 and 07:00 on Tuesday, due to maritime agitation, for the districts of Beja, Setúbal and Faro.
The orange warning, the second most serious, is issued by the IPMA whenever there is a meteorological situation of moderate to high risk, while the yellow warning corresponds to a risk situation for certain activities dependent on the meteorological situation.
Due to the maritime agitation, the Caminha, Vila Praia de Âncora, Esposende and Douro inlets are currently closed to navigation.
According to information available on the National Maritime Authority website, the Figueira da Foz inlet is closed to vessels of 35 meters or less in length, remaining open to other navigation.
