Tuesday, January 17 – Let’s Walk from Tunes

A really interesting and scenic walk of about 2.5 hours – a few ups and downs but not too difficult!

10am start - meet in front of the train station at Tunes (37.1648168, -8.2569676). The best and easiest way to access Tunes is to drive up the IC1 from the EN 125 and take the first exit for Tunes and then follow the train signs.

Friday, January 20 – Let’s Walk from Figueira, near Portimão

A great circular walk through the countryside where people still farm in the traditional way – just over 2.5 hours and moderately easy.

10am start meet at the 2 cafes in Figueira. Take the EN125 from Portimão, after 5km turn right for Mexiloheira Grande, then take the first right direction Arao. After 1km at the T-junction turn right direction Figueira and after crossing the bridge go right again and 100m on left you will find 2 cafes (37.165069,-8.605756).
