in-store services using excellence criteria that focus on the pre-contractual
and contractual relationship with the consumer.
If
the evaluation is positive, DECO gives the travel agency the option of using
the “Checked By DECO” logo in its store or website. Thus, consumers recognise a
travel agency that has worked with DECO in order to provide services with
greater quality and safety.
