The Metropolitan Command of the Public Security Police (PSP) of Lisbon detained 45 people between 00:00 and 23:59 on Saturday, during “several police operations”.

The majority of arrests were due to driving a vehicle with an alcohol content equal to/above 1.2g/l (19), followed by driving without a legal license (8).

Four people were arrested for drug trafficking, two for disobedience, one for a crime against property, and another for resisting arrest.

Seven arrests were also recorded for other unspecified crimes, as well as three following the execution of arrest warrants.

During the operations, the PSP also seized 231,620 doses of hashish, 36,600 doses of cocaine and three bladed weapons.
