“The Regional Command of the PSP of Madeira clarifies that
(…) compared to the same period of the previous year, arrests related to crimes
related to the cultivation and trafficking of narcotic drugs recorded an
increase of more than 40%”.
In the same document, the PSP announces that it arrested
three people this week and seized 337 doses of the psychoactive substance
‘bloom’, in the municipality of Câmara de Lobos and in the parish of Santo
António, in Funchal.
As part of this operation, more than 3,000 euros in cash,
two digital scales, and various items directly associated with the cutting and
packaging of narcotics were also seized.
