“All airlines have lost 'slots'. We do not expect a different treatment for TAP. Obviously, we want to limit the loss of 'slots' to a minimum”, said Pedro Nuno Santos, who was speaking at a press conference at the Ministry of Infrastructure.
The official also recalled that the 'slots' (hourly vacancies at an airport for an airline to land and take off planes) are “very important” to link, for example, Europe to Africa or even the United States.
