According to Cirium's "On-time Performance Report", 85.87% of the Spanish airline's flights in 2022 arrived on time at their destination, out of a total of 91,154 flights.
According to Javier Sánchez-Prieto, CEO of Iberia, “punctuality is one of the qualities that our customers most appreciate”, highlighting, in a statement, the “recognition of the work carried out by each of the employees who make it possible for our aircraft to take off and land on time".
In second place in the Cirium ranking was Air Europa with a punctuality rate of 84.10% among the 48,163 flights carried out, with Iberia Express in third place with 83.80% punctuality in the 35,665 flights carried out.
In the Top 10 of Cirium for the European Continent, Vueling, Austrian, Norwegian Air Shuttle, ITA Airways, Norwegian Air International, Finnair, and LOT – Polish Airlines also appear, in order.

In another ranking carried out by Cirium, which analyses the
airports with the best performance in 2022, the top spot belongs to Haneda
Airport (Tokyo, Japan), followed by Kempegowda International Airport
(Bangalore, India) and Salt Lake City International Airport (in the state of
Utah, USA).
Of the best airports in 2022, six are located in the USA, two in India, one in Colombia, and another in Japan.
