In an interview with Lusa News Agency, Augusto Santos Silva said that “there are many shortcomings” [in terms of vaccines reaching everyone] particularly in Africa, and highlighted production failures as the main reason. He said that that all countries could do more (… but that) the European Union is doing the most”.
