"As a result of the bad weather, the city has several mobility limitations. For everyone's safety, #CML calls on you to stay at home and avoid travel", wrote the CML in a statement.



Among the council's recommendations was an appeal "to everyone who can" not to "enter the city in order to mitigate any constraints".

Civil Protection agents, different operational services of the municipality, and parish councils, "continue to be ready for a quick and efficient response in the city".
