"I think that the idea is legitimate. I think that at the moment where our [State] Budget is so under and in so much need, we have done what was possible, which is a 25 percent reduction from the eighth day of use, in the certainty that we will continue to make an effort to reduce these costs," Ana Abrunhosa told Lusa.
