In a statement, CP adds that "the minimum services that
can be consulted" have been defined on the company's website and that
"customers who have already purchased tickets to travel on Alfa Pendular,
Intercidades, Internacional, InterRegional and Regional trains, will be
entitled to a refund, or a free alternative ticket for another train of the
same category and in the same class".
"The refund or revalidation can be done in myCP in the
'Your tickets' area (for tickets purchased at the 'online' ticket office and CP
App) up to 30 minutes before the departure of the train from the customer's
station of origin, as well as at the ticket offices and, if refunded, at cp.pt
by completing the online form, sending the scan of the original ticket and
indicating the name, postal address, IBAN and NIF, up to 10 days after the
strike ended", indicates CP.
On Wednesday (30 November), CP workers are on strike for 24
