The so-called ‘free pass’ to facilitate free movement in the EU in the context of the pandemic should come into force on July 1, according to the political agreement reached yesterday.
The digital document attests to a holder’s vaccination against Covid-19, testing or recovery.

And if you can't get it digitally you can put a stamp on your fore head noting that you got vaccinated.

As of Tuesday 25 May 2021 is it adequate for a returning (to Portugal mainland) UK citizen, arriving 3 June, with Portuguese Residency to have a negative NHS PRC test before arrival in Portugal, or does the test need to be conducted (and paid for) privately, even if they have pro0f of vaccination (two doses)?
