We arrived at Benafim to find Fatima sitting outside in the sun, told her what I needed she fired up her computer and put my details in and we were good to go, an hour and a half later we were back at centre and by-passed a queue of around 60 people waiting, spoke to another very helpful lady managing the queue who took us through to the waiting area where the first lady we spoke to came forward and took my paperwork and checked to see if I was now in the system, I was AND our ticket number from earlier hadn´t been called so we took our turn.

The three ladies who helped us were fantastic and so helpful can´t thank them enough, I searched out the first one after we got our jabs to thank her and will let Fatima know how we got on when I go for a beer in the café she has a coffee in next to the health centre…thanks Portugal health system you came up trumps.
