Lisbon: A warm and bright weekend is forecast for the capital with temperatures set to peak at 28 degrees on Saturday and drop to nightly lows of 14 degrees. From Sunday intermittent cloud cover is expected with prolonged sunny spells and temperatures are to reach highs of 27 degrees with lows of 14 degrees.
The north: Sunny spells are expected throughout the weekend with highs of 29 degrees predicted and lows of 11 degrees. The weather is to remain settled for the remainder of the week until Wednesday when winds are to change to being northerly and there will be an increased chance of rain.
The centre: Hazy high cloud is predicted on Saturday when temperatures are to reach highs of 27 degrees and drop down to lows of 13 degrees. From Sunday sunny spells are forecast and temperatures are to rise slightly to average daily highs of 28 degrees with average nightly lows of 14 degrees.
The south: It will be feeling warm over the weekend with highs on Saturday of 26 degrees and lows of 16 degrees. Intermittent sunshine is predicted for the remainder of the weekend and into the following week when temperatures are to increase slightly to highs of 28 degrees with lows of 17 degrees.
Madeira: Hazy cloud is predicted for Saturday when temperatures are to peak at 25 degrees with lows of 18 degrees. From Sunday sunny spells are expected and it is to reach a high of 24 degrees. Monday and Tuesday are to be warmer still with highs of 27 degrees and no chance of rain.
The Azores: There is a high chance of rain on Saturday but on Sunday this will reduce. Temperatures are to remain steady with daily highs of 20 degrees and nightly lows of 14 degrees. On Wednesday there will again be a high chance of rain.
