The closure, due to the Covid-19 virus containment plan developed by the Loulé City Council, has meant that since the summer of 2019, Loulé residents have not been able to use these pools. However, now this recreational-sports space has opened its doors again to the public.

Loulé Municipal Swimming Pools (outdoors) will be open from Monday to Saturday, from 8am to 8pm, being closed on Sundays and holidays.

The installation will be in operation until the 10th of September. During this period, the indoor pool complex is closed to the public.

These outdoor pools are one of the favourite spaces for young people but also for many families in this area which is further away from the coast and bathing areas, during the warmer months.
