“After several hours of negotiations, the Sintac [National
Union of Workers in Civil Aviation] and SQAC [Commercial Aviation Staff Union] have
reached an agreement with ANA/VINCI,” said Sintoc in a statement.
This means that the planned strike scheduled for August 19,
20 and 21, has been called off according to the union, because “it was possible
to find a position of consensus between the parties”.
Is this news verified - I cannot find any statement online from SINTAC ?

I am confused about all your airport strike articles. They mention different dates of the proposed strike actions. Just two articles before this one, the dates are later in August: Airport workers advancing with August strike
The National Union of Civil Aviation Workers (SINTAC) has put forward a strike notice, which covers Portway workers at Lisbon, Porto, Faro and Funchal airports, for 26, 27 and 28 August.
My question is: are these separate strike actions or just confusion about dates?
