Both stars had previously lived in London before they moved and said Brexit was a driving force behind the change.
“I was very sad [about Brexit]. I have always felt very much like a European. We had a lot of friends who talked about moving to Lisbon, and then we went down there, and I [liked it] immediately. And by the time we kind of came back, it didn’t take more than a few weeks, and we had bought what is our house,” said Vikander.
The Tomb Raider star added that she enjoyed Lisbon more than London or Sweden, adding that the weather is a “bit better” and the people are “so friendly”.
Another one who liked Brexit then left when the going got tough. !!!!!!!!

J - where did he say that he liked Brexit? He literally said it was the driving force for him leaving!
Nevermind, Portugal likes a master and commander, because the Portuguese mindset is that of an obedient serf. This country has all the virtues of being a new Switzerland or South Korea or Israel or Taiwan, instead it chooses to be a slightly better Portugal than the sorry pitiful barely-there-country it used to be, until the socialists have chased away all the foreign money coming here to make it better. Then it will revert to its' 500-year old state of achievements in nothingness.

Why can't negative minded people stop bashing a beautiful country like Portugal?!

You are so right, Hart! quite a delusional country which will never be a real European country.

Message to “S” a delusional country? Where are you from? let me guess you are a “true” European? You must be quite an ignorant person to make that remark!
Once upon a time Portugal by the way it’s part of the European Union in case you are not aware. Portugal was one of the best “conquistadores” in the world!
The first port of all European trading into Europe! Educate yourself!

Just spent two weeks in Portugal and didn’t have much knowledge of the country prior to our visit being from New Zealand. We have travelled extensively around Europe and the globe and this country is our favourite. The Portuguese take pride in their country, so clean, we felt safe as a family and the people are so friendly. The food, wine, beaches, history, easy to get around and the weather would make me want to live here in the future. Not sure why the negative comments here?
