Lisbon: Cloud cover is to clear slightly by Saturday when temperatures are to peak at 31 degrees with lows of 19 degrees. On Sunday it will be feeling much cooler with highs of 26 degrees and hazy high cloud. From Tuesday intermittent cloud cover and average daily highs of 28 degrees are forecast.
The north: Highs of 33 degrees on Friday will be followed with highs of 30 degrees on Saturday when intermittent cloud is expected. On Sunday hazy high cloud is predicted with highs of 29 degrees and lows of 13 degrees. Clear skies are on the cards on Monday with highs of 30 degrees and lows of 14 degrees.
The centre: High temperatures are to continue on Saturday with maximums of 37 degrees and lows of 20 degrees. On Sunday hazy high cloud is forecast and temperatures are to drop to highs of 33 degrees. For the following week highs are to average 33 degrees and intermittent cloud cover is predicted.
The south: The highs of 41 degrees on Friday are to subside slightly on Saturday when there will be clear skies and highs of 39 degrees, with tropical night temperatures dropping to only 26 degrees. On Sunday it will feel a little cooler with highs of 33 degrees and lows of 21 degrees with northerly winds.
Madeira: Intermittent cloud cover and highs of 34 degrees are forecast for Saturday. On Sunday clear skies are expected with highs of 32 degrees and lows of 24 degrees. From Tuesday some cloud cover is to return.
The Azores: Rain is to continue on Saturday with light showers and intermittent sunny spells. On Sunday the cloud cover is to remain but the rain should ease with temperatures reaching highs of 27 degrees and lows of 21 degrees.
