Heavy rain weather warning

Eleven districts of Portugal will be under a yellow weather warning on Friday due to the forecast of heavy rain, accompanied by thunder and occasionally hail, according to the Portuguese Institute of the Sea and Atmosphere (IPMA).

Under the warning are the districts of Viseu, Porto, Vila Real, Setúbal, Santarém, Viana do Castelo, Lisbon, Leiria, Aveiro, Coimbra and Braga.

The yellow warning for these 11 districts will be in force between 12:00 and 21:00 on Friday.
