According to the PSP, searches for the 49 year old tourist will continue, but with a reduction in personnel.

Two teams of drones collaborated in the search, as well as a team of search dogs, and the entire island of São Jorge has beenswept, in collaboration with the volunteer firefighters of Calheta and Velas.

The tourist left her personal belongings at the Calheta campsite, with no signs of crime, according to the PSP.
