In the notice, ANEPC calls for the “adoption of appropriate behaviour” to prevent the consequences of bad weather, namely unblocking water drainage systems, fixing loose structures, being careful when driving near trees, due to the possibility of falling branches due to the wind, avoid driving near the coastline and riverside areas, do not practice activities related to the sea, adopt defensive driving and do not cross flooded areas.

Fourteen of the 18 districts of mainland Portugal will be under yellow warning due to forecasts of rain and wind from midnight, announced the Portuguese Institute of the Sea and Atmosphere (IPMA).
