According to Publituris, Transavia will open, from 13 December a new route that will connect Porto to Bordeaux, in an operation with two flights per week and whose tickets start at 34 euros for one-way flights.
“With 2 flights/week (Mondays and Fridays), the new connection between the 2 cities also known globally for their wine is one of the 6 new routes operated to/from Bordeaux by the low-cost airline of the Air France-KLM group”, reads the statement released by Transavia.
According to Nicolas Hénin, Chief Commercial Officer of Transavia France, Porto, and Bordeaux are cities that “share the same culture of gastronomy and wine”, which is why the airline is pleased to offer its passengers “the opportunity to discover a new city in France” while strengthening its network from Porto.
