Conny Deuring, founder of QuintaHills, now heads Algarve Property Agency the real estate division of Gibson Group, bringing over 30 years of sales experience and passion for matching people with their dreams. Lavi Palma, who joined the group at the same time as Conny as an Interior Designer, Store & Project Manager, emphasises the harmonious energy within the team, stating, "While we may have different approaches, we complement each other's strengths and share the same core values and vision."
