Known for its strategic and innovative approach, the company plans to invest between €120 million and €150 million over the next three years. This substantial investment will be directed towards the creation of ten new projects, including residential and tourism developments in Lisbon, the Alentejo coast, and the Costa Azul.

Mello RDC's presence in Poland is equally impressive, showcasing its ability to operate and thrive in challenging international markets. In Poznań, the company acquired a large plot through a competitive bid, developing a comprehensive project that includes 380 apartments, a hotel, office spaces, and a retail center. This project, which weathered the global financial crisis of 2008-2013, highlights Mello RDC’s resilience and skill in navigating economic downturns. The company also participated in a large residential project in Kraków, featuring over 400 units and a supermarket, and developed a 13,000 m² office park in the same city, which is currently 90% leased. These projects not only generated significant returns on investment but also demonstrated the company's ability to maximize value in emerging markets.

In Portugal, Mello RDC focuses on revitalizing urban areas and promoting sustainable development. One of the most notable projects is the redevelopment of Vila Ourique in Campo de Ourique, where an old workers' village is being transformed into 15 modern apartments designed specifically for young people. The company is also involved in the renovation of Vintage Lapa, a classic building being expanded to create 13 apartments, with completion expected by the end of 2025. Additionally, this fall will see the start of construction for São Ciro19, a condominium with 14 apartments, an underground garage, and a private garden with a pool.

Mello RDC’s philosophy is grounded in three core principles: respect for original architecture, appreciation of the urban context, and a commitment to sustainability. The company aims to integrate architectural tradition with modern innovations, ensuring that its projects not only preserve cultural heritage but also meet contemporary needs for comfort and energy efficiency. This approach is evident in its developments both in Portugal and Poland, reflecting a vision that combines respect for the past with forward-looking innovation.

Over the next two years, Mello RDC plans to initiate five more projects in Lisbon, covering areas such as Campo de Ourique, Avenidas Novas, Belém, and Arroios, along with ventures in Oeiras and Melides, the latter featuring a hospitality component. These upcoming projects illustrate the company's ambition to expand its presence and continue contributing to high-quality urban development.

Mello RDC’s success is a testament to its strategic approach and ability to adapt to market conditions while maintaining a strong commitment to quality and innovation. Whether in Portugal or Poland, the company demonstrates impressive skill in creating spaces that honor history while embracing the future, solidifying its position as a significant force in the international real estate sector.
