This vibrant event will be hosted by the Anantara Vilamoura Algarve Resort on Tuesday, 8th October, from 3 PM to 6 PM.

Guests will be greeted with a complimentary glass of champagne and treated to an array of pink-themed cakes alongside a selection of tea, coffee, and soft drinks, all for an entry fee of just €10. In a delightful twist, the resort is also crafting a unique designer cocktail exclusively for the occasion.

Attendees will have the opportunity to talk to Karen Morgan, a specialist nurse in Women’s Health, who will provide valuable advice and offer optional examinations for those interested. The afternoon will feature a talk from a local specialist in cancer care discussing the latest developments in cancer treatment and others will be available to share their inspiring stories of breast cancer survival.

In addition to the insightful presentations, guests can participate in fun games, followed by music and dancing. This important event aims to raise awareness of breast cancer and foster community spirit, as both women and men can benefit from the information shared.

All proceeds from the Pink Tea Party will go directly to support the Cancer Charity of the Algarve. They will be promoting their annual Mamaratona on 20th October, so you can sign up directly. The Pink Ribbon is the international symbol of Breast Cancer, so please wear any shade of pink, if you can. Invite friends and family, men as well as women, for a wonderful fun afternoon to look at a serious topic.
