Lisbon: The rain is expected to hold off over the weekend, with temperatures averaging highs of 14 degrees and lows 7 degrees and a mixture of sunshine and cloud. From Monday intermittent sunshine and showers are forecast with temperatures averaging highs of 17 degrees and lows of 11 degrees.

The north: It will be feeling slightly milder over the weekend with highs of 15 degrees and lows of 4 degrees. On Saturday there will be heavy cloud cover but Sunday is to be bright with clear skies. From Monday the rain is set to return but this will help it to feel warmer with highs over 17 degrees and lows of 7 degrees.

The centre: There will be a chance of rain on Saturday when temperatures are to peak at highs of 12 degrees with lows of 5 degrees. On Sunday clear skies are expected however the rain is to return from Monday with a mixture of sunshine and showers and average highs of 13 degrees with lows of 7 degrees.

The south: An increase in cloud cover over the weekend will lead to milder temperatures with highs of 17 degrees and lows of 10 degrees. From Monday the thermometers are to rise slightly up to highs of 19 degrees with lows of 12 degrees. The chance of rain will also increase as the week progresses.

Madeira: Rain is forecast over the weekend with very heavy showers expected on Sunday when temperatures are to peak at highs of 22 degrees with lows of 19 degrees. The rain is to continue into the following week but temperatures are to rise to highs of 24 degrees.

The Azores: A wet weekend is forecast with a chance of some sunshine on Saturday and heavy rain on Sunday, with temperatures reaching highs of 18 degrees and lows of 13 degrees.
