The alleged crime was committed on the premises of the Temporary Installation Center, at Lisbon airport, on the 12th, after the victim allegedly caused some disturbances at the site, he adds.

The detainees - 42, 43 and 47 years old - will be present at the first judicial interrogation to be decreed with the appropriate procedural enforcement measures.

The case was revealed on Sunday by TVI, according to which the Ukrainian citizen landed at Portela on the 11th, coming from Turkey and wanted to enter Lisbon, but was stopped at the airport's customs by SEF, which prevented him from entering as a tourist.

The SEF, according to TVI, decided that the immigrant would embark on the next flight back to Turkey, but in the meantime the man will have reacted badly to the impediment to enter Portugal. He was taken to a medical assistance room at the airport's Temporary Installation Center, where he was eventually tortured and beaten to death.
