"The Portuguese can rest assured that pharmacies have sufficient quantity to meet the increased demand for the service to perform antigen tests and self-tests", assured the president of the ANF, Ema Paulino.

Ema Paulino says that after the declaration of the state of calamity by the Government, effective from 1 December, there was a surge in demand for this type of tests, adding that the supply of tests will be increased.

Following this initial increase, according to the president of the ANF, controlled quantities of tests have been distributed to each pharmacy in order to guarantee a homogeneous supply across the country.
