In the north of Portugal, Uber Eats is also now available for home deliveries in Esposende, Ofir and Fão.

Uber Eats' selection of restaurants in Tavira includes choice options such as Ensui Sushi and Thai, Água Salgada Petisqueira e Marisqueira, Bruncheria Food and Burger Ranch. The city of Lagoa has deliveries from Restaurante & Pizzaria Casa João, Baushi - Sushi & Bar and Aleixo’s Take Away. Esposende's gastronomic menu includes local partners such as Dolce Sapore Pizzaria, Esquina Gourmet and Marine Lounge among others.

In 2017, Uber Eats had a network of 90 partner restaurants when it started operating in Lisbon. The application now has more than 8,800 partner restaurants and merchants across the country, covering more than 75 percent of the Portuguese population, available in more than 90 national cities.

Currently, Uber Eats is more than a meal delivery application with the efficiency and speed of the application to provide shopping from Continente supermarkets, cultural and entertainment items from note!, wellness, beauty and health items from WELLS and GALP convenience stores, among others.

Medical services

In January of this year, Uber Eats joined forces with Ecco-Salva Medical Services, a company specialised in providing medical services at home and a leader in the Portuguese market, to provide, for the first time worldwide, medical assistance in a simple and comfortable way, by suitably qualified professionals, accessible through the platform. After the successful launch in Lisbon, Uber Eats extended the service to Porto in April, as the first step in its expansion plan across the country.
