ANAC also recalled that, “according to the transport conditions of some carriers, failure to print the boarding pass implies the payment of an additional fee”. ANAC stressed that, “after checking in, it is still necessary to carry out security control (including hand luggage) and, depending on the destination, border control”, asking passengers to “take into account the location, the boarding gate and the time needed to get there”.
