Minister of agriculture,
Henk Staghouwer has resigned following only nine months in office.

He expressed that he was
the “wrong man for the job” in a press conference on Monday 5 September.
Staghouwer is the first member of Mark Rutte’s fourth cabinet to resign and he
will be replaced by a party colleague.
