Dean Garforth, 29, was riding an e-bike on a street in Nueva Andalucia, Marbella, when he was arrested during a pre-planned law enforcement operation. According to a report by Spainenglish, when he realised plain-clothes officers were closing in, Garforth, rode the bike into an officer and resisted arrest. He was located and then arrested.
