According to a report by ECO, in order to respond to the expansion of the network, and reinforce the current teams in the summer season, the fast food service chain is hiring and has 400 vacancies for various functions and areas of the country.
“Burger King is a dynamic company, constantly growing and evolving. We are growing at a very fast pace in Portugal, we have tripled our size since 2015. We have flexible offers that adapt to the needs and circumstances of each candidate, there are opportunities for those who want to grow and start their career plan, temporary contracts, among other modalities”, António Marques, general manager of Burger King Portugal, told ECO.
“We are a big family, we have a diverse workforce, we are committed to young talent and we promote equal opportunities. At Burger King, we believe in career advancement. It is possible to start as an operator and become a restaurant manager”.

Apart from the fact this is the promotion of verry unhealthy food on an obese population.
I went to a burger king in the Algarve was given luke warm soggy chips,a cold bun with cold ingredients and luke warm slice of beef.
It was disgusting rubbish.
The last thing Portugal needs is more junk food and low paying jobs.
