This week fuel prices are expected to increase. Forecasts point to a rise of 2 cents for diesel and 1.5 cents for petrol.

These variations occur at a time when the average price of diesel is €1,699/litre, while 95 petrol is costing, on average, €1,854/litre, according to data from the Directorate-General for Energy and Geology (DGEG).
According to DGEG data, the cheapest places to buy fuel this week include Prio Paredes de Coura, Intermarché Vilar Formoso and Intermarché Miranda do Douro.
