The Q3 REA Average House Price Index has found house prices in Ireland’s large towns rose by 2 percent in the past three months.

According to breaknews.ie the average price of a three-bed semi-detached house has topped €300,000 for the first time since 2007. That price represents an annual increase of 3.7 percent and a rise of 28 percent over the past three years.
