Visitors will be able to find a variety of dishes, both traditional and innovative, that will pay homage to the Lira sweet potato and some local chefs will produce tasty and creative recipes, with sweet potatoes as the main ingredient.
Local artisans will present their works, from ceramics to clothing or jewelry, along will be many handcrafted products that will bring even more colour to the space, in this initiative to promote the region’s authentic products.
Children will have three days full of fun, with games, face painting, balloon modelling and many other surprises.
Local pastry chefs will showcase their talent by creating Lira sweet potato desserts. The final result will be evaluated by a jury and the winner will be awarded.
