Grupo Pestana will reopen the former Delfim Hotel in May with a new name, Blue Alvor Beach, and with an all-inclusive option, focused on families.

The building, which in 2019 was purchased by the BPI pension fund for around 35 million euros from a fund from the credit management company Finsolutia, underwent renovation work. It now reopens with the same name as the hotel that the group sold for 75 million to the Spanish Azora, in 2022, which is now operated by Tivoli.

According to ECO, the hotel, leased to Pestana, has 300 completely renovated rooms, is located a few metres from Alvor beach and will have new restaurants and common spaces, where a daily entertainment program takes place for children, between four and 12 years old.
