The Aljezur City Council has announced it will install 1,500 meters with telemetry in the Vale da Telha area, in an investment of €130 thousand, in order to monitor and control water loss.

The problem ain't the lack of Water..the problem is the lack of inteligent people capable of creating a system That preserves Water..nowadays golf fields are more important than agriculture..and people's life..from my point of view rich people will destroy this world and move to another leaving people to die here!!!
