The highly degraded hotel in the town of Penacova, closed since 2010, was acquired by the Vila Galé group.

According to the president of Penacova City Council, Álvaro Coimbra, the plan for his location is a new four-star hotel, which will create jobs, boost the local economy, and bring a new dynamic to the historic center of this town.
