According to data from Eurostat and shared by land_geist, 90.4% of foreign-born residents speak Portuguese, with only Croatia having a higher number at 97.7%.
The countries with the lowest numbers are Malta (15.2%), Estonia (17.6%) and Latvia (31.6%).
Who'd a thunk it , Brazilians are Portuguese speaking.

This is SO not the true picture. If you remove Brazillians from the figures, then Portugal would be nearer the bottom of the table.
