The Quarteira Popular Marches are preparing to parade, for the second time, on Passeio das Dunas, on the 12th, 23rd and 28th of June, at 9pm.

“Neighbourhood, love of the land, and pride in showing the work of many months are the mottos of the hundreds of extras who will interpret themes linked to the work of the sea, Quarteira of the past, and the patron saints of these festivities”, says Loulé council.
In addition to the marches, these days are marked by festivals, popular music, dancers, seasonal snacks, and grilled sardines.
