In the regions of Trás-os-Montes, Alto Douro, Entre Douro, Minho, and Algarve, a moderate risk is expected, while in the Centro and Alentejo regions, it could be high.

“In the Azores Archipelago, the pollen concentration will reach a moderate risk, while in the Madeira Archipelago, the pollen concentration remains low”, said SPAIC in a statement.

Throughout the week, some days of rain are expected, “with a greater incidence in the northern regions of the country”, so, due to the “atmospheric washing” effect, pollen concentration is expected to remain low on these days.
