Under the slogan “Algarve. The holiday you deserve”, the campaign aims to celebrate the region as “the ideal destination for a dream holiday”, while encouraging tourists “to explore the vast offer” of the Algarve, as the RTA states in a press release.
The campaign focuses on the idyllic scenery of the Algarve and the tourist experiences that the region offers, targeting potential tourists residing in Portugal and Spain, with a special focus on the Andalusian community, “which has 8.6 million inhabitants”. The aim is to “cover all age groups and varied interests”.
In a statement, the president of RTA, André Gomes, points out that this campaign, more than increasing the region’s notoriety, aims to establish the destination as a place to visit throughout the year, “particularly during the shoulder season”.

We want everyone, from the youngest adventurers to families and seniors, to feel that they deserve an unforgettable holiday in the Algarve. With our breathtaking beaches, rich gastronomy, and expressive cultural offering, we believe that this campaign will not only increase the Algarve’s notoriety but will also attract visitors, particularly during the shoulder season”, says André Gomes.
