According to forecasts from the Portuguese Institute of the Sea and Atmosphere (IPMA) for the week of October 21st to 27th, temperatures will remain relatively high and there will be a “significant decrease in precipitation”, thanks to an anticyclone located in Western and Central Europe.
“Next week will bring a significant change in the weather in mainland Portugal”, assured the organisation.
According to IPMA, “there will be a very significant reduction in the amount of precipitation, compared to the previous week”, even though “relatively high temperature values” will remain.
In the case of maximum temperatures, the values will be between 20°C and 25°C, reaching up to 28°C in the South.
