According to the railway carrier, between 00:00 and 12:00, 75 regional trains, 77 Porto Urban trains, six Coimbra Urban trains and one Long Distance train were suspended.

Of the total of 536 trains scheduled until 12pm, 377 were carried out and 159 were suppressed, which corresponds to a suppression percentage of 29.7%.

CP – Comboios de Portugal ticket inspectors and workers began a strike last Thursday that will last until November 3rd, with the carrier anticipating disruptions in the operation, especially on October 31st, the day on which shutdown will be total.

Today and on Wednesday, CP predicts that the biggest disruptions will occur in Regional/InterRegional, Urban Coimbra and Urban Porto services.

On Thursday, 31st, when the strike will last 24 hours, the carrier anticipates disturbances at Alfa Pendular, Intercidades, Regional/InterRegional, Urbanos and Internacional Celta.
